Dont really like the change that Reverbnation has going on the web pages! I like the old template just fine the new looks like a My Space Page!

Thanks for the view on Very Soon as being the one to promote.  I wrote it as a christmas present for my partner a couple of years ago and she loved it.  That was more important to me than it selling a million (if it ever does).

Mhh.. Well, we can't have a mere tube screwing up THE TONE! (even though 99% of it is from the fingers - as we know - but defective hardware that can MANGLE up the original sound from you is not to be tolerated!) Is there a place near you that you can take the SE into and have it checked out? I don't know if you have a luthier that also deals with amps, or can point you to someone who does, but don't let the amp distort your finger's output! A "microphonic" tube has GOT to go! (I thought only WE, when starting out, had that kind of phobia! :) )

I also have a tube in my Blues Jr. that (due to my own fault while taking the tubes out and putting them back in while installing the tilt legs on the amp) has an tube socket that doesn't grip the pins of the outermost 12AX7 tube as tightly as the other sockets - so after a car ride, or even just after a period of time, the tube in that socket (and the tubes plug are on top and point down - so gravity is pulling them down and out of their sockets) comes loose and has to be pushed back up to be properly seated.

There are 3 12AX7 tubes and 2 EL84 tubes, and the 2 EL84 have a metal bar or "restraint" below them with springs attaching to the top always holding the tubes up firmly in their sockets, but the 3 12AX7 don't, but I wish they did, as this would also likely greatly - if not altogether - alleviate this problem. But as this is my first tube amp, this may well be HOW they have to be ... I'm not sure. My luthier doesn't do amps, and I haven't found someone close by to do it (the luthier can ship the amp to CALIFORNIA to have it fixed for me - that would take forever - so I need to find someone who can just fix tube sockets (it could be a TV repairman for older TV's - I don't care!) as to have to deal with this increasingly is a PITA!

Mhh the tone is a little down the drain right now... My Cybertwin SE is acting up. Strange distorted sounds when notes on the high e string are fading out.... might be a tube that has gone a little microphonic.
