G'day Patty, the indie musician has little time to do that, so thats where we come in. In the "About Us" area/tab you will see WHY im doing this. If they did it would be like an artist = painter, continually running around building and "sustaining" a community for like minded people/artists, so when would the painter get her/his brush to the canvas??? Most musicians have a hard time promoting themselves, and for different reasons, but mainly as they dont want to be seen to be "blowing their own horn"unless its via a mixing board ;) So again, thats where we come in xox

I'm kind of a social media newbie. I've poked around the site a bit now, and I have a better understanding of it. I really think the internet savvy independent musician should step up, form communities (like this one) and fill the gap that the implosion of the big record companies left.
